    The Gift card is an alphanumeric code, consisting of letters and numbers, like BIRTHDAY_BR597. It can be applied at the cart/checkout to cover the order total. A virtual gift card is just an email-sent code like a virtual product. It has no weight, there is no physical inventory and it cannot be shipped. E-gift card can cover both a purchase and shipping.

    We will send your recipient an gift card by email. Your recipient will receive an email notifying them about your gift.
  3. Question 3: Are there any additional fees associated with the gift card?
    There are no additional fees associated with the e-gift card. You will only be charged the value of the gift card, and we will not impose any other fees.

    On the checkout page, enter the Gift Card number code. You can also check the balance of your Gift card online, and use the Gift Card to make full, or partial payments online at coshduk.co.uk.
  5. Question 5: If I return an item purchased with Gift Card, can you credit my credit card instead?
    No. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.
  6. Question 6: Return Policy and Product Exceptions
    The Gift Card is not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account nor tool rental deposits.
  7. Question 7: How will I receive my refund if my purchase was made with an gift card and an Gift Card and credit card?
    If you purchase an item using your gift card and credit card together, the amount you paid with your gift card will be put back onto your gift card. Any additional money paid by a credit card will be refunded to your credit card.
  8. Question 8: Can I buy an Gift Card for myself?
    Yes. To do so, enter your own email address in the "Recipient Email" fields, and enter your own name as the recipient name. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your Gift Card alert (via email), follow the instructions in the message to retrieve and redeem your e-Gift Card.
  9. Question 9: When is the Gift Card sent to the recipient?
    The Gift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase, within hours or sooner after your transaction is complete.

    There is no expiration date on your Gift Card.

Order Cancel

All products ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, but orders canceled after that are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price.

With the exception of "Ready To Ship" garments which can be shipped within 48 hours, the delivery time of most garments in our store is around 7-15 days.

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, the costumes are personally tailored for you from scratch, some of which can be adjusted in style and size. Most of our products are handmade, as we know single-piece production is time-consuming and costly, so which will take a processing/tailoring time (7-15 days or more).

The tailoring time may vary for each individual product, and it depends on the difficulty of the style and the number of orders, so some new and complicated products may take longer. The specifics can consulting customer service before order. And please order ahead if you have a set deadline.

Most costumes/props may take 7-15 days to finish.

Most wigs/shoes may take 5-10 days to finish.
