Order

A: It is very simple to purchase your favorite costume online. You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order. The steps are as follows:

1. If you are brand new to our website, we suggest you create an account before you place the order, and then log in to place the order, then you can check your order status and history.

2. Enter the item page you want to order, choose the gender and size, then click" Add to Cart".

3. Click the button "Proceed to Checkout" if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.

4. Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method, etc, click "Place order now", finally, skip to the Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

A: Online payment via Paypal by using your credit card. Paypal is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you don't expose your credit card number to merchants.

A: If your credit card shows that the payment has failed, please try again after 5 minutes. Please do not keep trying, otherwise you may be blacklisted by the credit card company.

A: We will send tracking information to your registration email.

Please don't worry if you don't receive the shopping email after successful payment. Please first check that you have filled in the correct email address. In case there is no error in the email address you can send your payment account number, email address and Paypal ID to info@coshd.co.uk. to check the order for you.

We will usually reply to you within 24-72 hours.

A: As you did not create an account when placing your order, you are unable to access any information about your order on our website. If you would like to check the status of your order, please reach out to us via email or message. We'll be happy to assist you. And you can use the same email to register an account after you placed the order, your orders will automatically combine in your account. So you can also log in to check your orders.

A: Coshd ships all orders to the address provided by the customer and it is the customer's responsibility to submit all required address information. If you make any errors in the shipping address when filling out the purchase form, resulting in incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the risk of loss is borne by the customer.

However, if your garment is not shipped, you may contact our customer service to change your address for you: info@coshd.co.uk. You can still do this within 24 hours of your garment being shipped, but you will need to wait for specific notification from customer service as to whether the address change will be successful.

If the garment has been shipped for more than 24 hours and the address cannot be changed, you will need to contact the courier company yourself to change it to the correct address for you.

Product

A: 1. The products in the following catalog are basically in stock. Ready To Ship

2. Another way to tell if the item is in stock is to have a 24h label on the first picture of the product, and If the Ready to Ship items are limited in sizes, which states what size in stock on the item page.

A: If you don't know how to choose the right size for your clothing, there are two options to help you:

2. You can provide the detailed size you measured, and then contact our customer service for recommendation: info@coshd.co.uk.

A: The methods for cleaning cosplay costumes can vary depending on the materials. Here are some methods for common materials:

  • Hand washes only, using normal water ( just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay. Finally, hang it on a hanger to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • It will be better to wash them separately to prevent staining, especially for the sharp & bright like red, yellow, purple, green, etc.
  • For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry.
  • For the cotton and polyester costumes, I think hand washing will be better, Yes, but it's better to turn it inside out when you wash it, so you can keep the surface from piling.
  • Leather and faux leather: If possible, use a professional leather cleaning agent. If you don't have a specialized cleaner, you can gently wipe the leather surface with a damp cloth, but avoid saturating the entire costume. Use a soap-free solution or leather conditioner to wipe and maintain the softness and shine of the leather. After cleaning, wipe dry with a cloth and then lay it flat to dry, avoiding exposure to sunlight or using hot air to dry.

A: Cleaning methods for cosplay wigs may vary depending on the materials used. Here is a general guideline for cleaning cosplay wigs:

  • Brushing: Before washing the wig, gently brush it with a wig brush to remove any tangles or loose hair. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid damaging the fibers.
  • Pre-wash: Fill a basin or sink with cold water and add a small amount of mild shampoo specifically designed for synthetic wigs. Swirl the water to create a gentle lather.
  • Washing: Submerge the wig into the soapy water for one minute and gently swirl it around. Use your fingertips to lightly massage the wig, paying attention to the areas that are most soiled. Avoid excessive rubbing or twisting, as it may cause tangling or damage to the wig.
  • Rinse: Empty the soapy water and refill the basin with clean cold water. Rinse the wig thoroughly by submerging it and swirling it around in clean water. Repeat this step until no traces of shampoo remain.
  • Conditioning (optional): You can use a wig conditioner specifically formulated for synthetic hair. Follow the instructions on the conditioner bottle and apply it to the wig, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Rinse the conditioner out thoroughly with cold water. Or apply conditioning spray very lightly over wig, spraying 10–12 inches from the wig.Drying: Gently squeeze out excess water from the wig without twisting or wringing it. Place the wig on a wig stand or a towel to air dry. Avoid using heat sources such as hair dryers or direct sunlight, as they can damage the fibers. Allow the wig to dry completely before styling or storing it. And brush wig only when completely dry.

A: Yes, Coshduk accepts custom sizes and colors of clothing.(Note: Some costumes only come in fixed sizes, so we are unable to create custom sizes or colors for these products. Please be sure to contact customer service before customizing the garment to consult whether the garment accepts customization!)

A: We are having a sale on selling costumes and getting a free doll. Simply add both the clothing that is being promoted and the same doll to your cart, and on the checkout page it will show the price of the doll as £0.

Shipping

A: At Coshduk, with the exception of "Ready To Ship" costumes, which are usually shipped within 48 hours of placing an order. Most of the rest of the costumes usually have a lead time of about 7-15 business days after the order is placed. Wigs and shoes usually have a lead time of about 1-7 business days.

However, during the Halloween season, due to the dramatic increase in orders, the production time for all but the "Ready To Ship" costumes may be longer than usual.

A: If you purchase our "Fast Shipping (£20)" you will receive your costume around 5-8 working days after it has been dispatched.

If you purchase our " Standard Shipping (£4.99) ", you will receive your costume around 10-15 working days after the costume is dispatched.

Please note that our shipping times refer to the logistical transit time after the costume has been dispatched, this does not encapsulate the preparation time of the costume.At Coshduk, with the exception of "Ready To Ship" costumes, which are usually shipped within 48 hours of placing an order. Most of the rest of the costumes usually have a lead time of about 7-15 business days after the order is placed.

This means that if you purchase "Fast Shipping (£20)" you will typically receive your costume in approximately 7-23 business days.
If you purchase "Standard Shipping (£4.99)", you will typically receive your costume in about 12-30 business days.

In addition, shipping times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary depending on the origin and destination of the package, especially during peak times.

A: If you ordered multiple items, sometimes we will ship separately to ensure a fastest delivery service. Please rest assured that we’ll always keep you informed and you will receive your whole order completely.

A: Please check if the address of your order is correct/complete. If the road name or building number is missing from the address, it may result in a delivery failure. In this case, we can only offer a refund of up to 50% of the product price.

A: We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind.
However,it is important to note that our costumes are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,
  • Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price .
  • Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
  • Note: Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

A: Regarding possible differences in garments: we have made every effort to accurately display the colours and images of our products as they appear in shops. We cannot guarantee that any colours displayed on your computer monitor will be accurate. Please understand that slight difference are normal.

However at Coshd we strive to provide 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers.

(1) If the customer is not satisfied with the quality or style of the garment (the product is not damaged and is substantially as described), the buyer may return the garment at their own expense for shipping and we will provide the buyer with a refund for the garment upon receipt (excluding the shipping costs paid by the buyer at the time the order was placed). If the customer would like to keep the order, you can also contact customer service to request a 10% discount for you as compensation in order to increase customer satisfaction.

(2) If a customer receives a defective item, a missing item or an item that is significantly different from our description, we will offer a fair and responsible return policy. Customers should contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to support a request for an exchange or partial refund by emailing us all the items you have received, or photos of the damaged item.

  • Due to the high volume of work during the Halloween season, it can take around 10-30 business days to create a costume;
  • This expedited service will ensure that your order is prioritised and delivered by Halloween or the date you need it.This service don't make any change on the delivery time.
  • We don't usually charge extra for expedited orders, but many buyers want their orders done right the first time, and it's not fair to earlier buyers if we put later orders first in the line. We still make garments to order, and for buyers who purchase this expedited order service, we will make the order during extra work hours after hours.
  • Quantities for this service are limited and subject to our actual production capacity.
  • Once this expedited service is purchased, the expedited fee is not refundable even if the order is cancelled.
