⚠️ Official Notice: Fraudulent Websites Impersonating COSHDUK

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you of a serious matter regarding fraudulent websites that are impersonating the COSHDUK brand.

The Situation

We have recently discovered that one or more unauthorized websites — including but not limited to "coshd.shop" — are illegally using our brand name, logo, product photography, and website design to mislead customers into believing they are shopping on our official store.

These websites have no affiliation with COSHDUK whatsoever.

Our Only Official Website

This is the sole and exclusive official online store for COSHDUK. Any other domain claiming to represent our brand is fraudulent.

Risks of Shopping on Fake Websites

Purchasing from these copycat sites puts you at significant risk, including:

  • Financial loss — You may be charged for products that will never be delivered.
  • Identity theft — Your personal and payment information may be stolen and misused.
  • No customer support — These sites will not honour returns, refunds, or warranties.

What You Should Do

  1. Always verify the URL. Before entering any personal or payment information, confirm that you are on coshd.co.uk.
  2. Do not click on suspicious links in unsolicited emails, text messages, or social media ads that direct you to unfamiliar domains.
  3. If you have already placed an order on a fraudulent site, please contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately to report the transaction and request a chargeback.
  4. Report the fake website to the relevant authorities (e.g., Action Fraud in the UK at www.actionfraud.police.uk, or the FTC in the US at www.reportfraud.ftc.gov).

Our Commitment

We take intellectual property theft and customer safety extremely seriously. We are currently pursuing all available legal avenues to have these fraudulent sites shut down and to hold the operators accountable.

We deeply value the trust you place in our brand, and we are committed to protecting your shopping experience.
